Hello! My name is AdminsAndRules and I'm a 19 year old Male from United States, Alaska. English is my native language. In the chat I never broadcast nudity and don't want to see nudity. Dan_Admin: May16: We need to clarify the item "user playing a vid on their cam" and other user asking "is this live, a vid" or else. Most member and guest dont know this rules. I looked it up on the site pages and it is not explicitly written anywhere during registration and/or log-in. I always explain it, like "playing a vid is allowed, calling someone a vid or asking if its a vid or not live is a ban". But this is pretty annoying and leads to endless discussions with the banned people. Any sugestions what can be changed?? Reply
JP1: the word vi deo was added to the ban list because guys would endlessly call the girls not re al but vi deos. AdminGirl has said that any person may play any vid that is not kids or animals or bad violence..so the two are not related in that way. the word is banned coz all the girl were called that a million times. the guys all use the word vid because they all know that vi deo is not allowed and they see the spam filter tell them that.

Dan_Admin: That is not the point: The point is, that most users don't know that it is allowed to play vid's, and that it is not allowed - and is a reason for a ban - when they call it a vid, or not live ot fa.ke or else. This must be made more clear in my opinion. Same as "thumbs up, if live" or similar questions. After banning we have always discussions, also with other user, who saw the ban. Reply
AdminGirl: hey there i would like to complaint on admin liketowatch. she ban someone that wasnt underage with no prove then she ban someone who was just showing legs and a blanket so she ban them for underage. this issue has been going on several time. thank u Reply
JP1: I would like to say that all admin ban for underage with no proof. I think a lot of times there are vip that don't mind underage girls to be in the chat so they get angry we kick them out. then they complain about us so that we could get in trouble and more underage people might be allowed to stay. Dan_Admin: i agree what jp said. that is how it is. But, L2W does a very good admin work here, always correct and i simply can't believe, that she does something wrong on purpose! As it was said here before. The more you work the more likely errors can happen. and the "more active" admin always gets the complains. Reply
AdminGirl: hi a user complain to me about admin ewysz, there was some reports of wrong sex from different users while he was in chat and he didnt do anything, just sat at his pc having fun with himself ignoring the reports. this is not good if he was the only active admin. take care Reply
Dan_Admin: No doubt, this situation is not good. On the other side, it is difficult for admins to separate work time and fun time. We dont know the actual situation here in this case. Sometimes I come in and 6 other admin are present, after 5 minutes eveybody is gone and I am alone, without knowing it. I would suggest that the admin communicate better, i.e. sya hello when they come in and when they leave (must not be in public can also be via IM). Another suggestion would be a second, separate free account for the admin. I like to hear opinions of other admins on this. Reply
JP1: I think that there should be better communication between us as well. also could it be possible for programmer to add a tiny mark somewhere that an admin could mark that he is naked and jerking off? A lot of times I want to ask something and I can't ask because I can't stay on a cam of the admin who is naked. Reply
Dan_Admin: May13: I like to bring up again the point of an 'internal forum' for the admins only. There internal information can be exchanged, which were primarily not meant for public. Also removal of admin status and reasons can be stated as well as other things, like admin behaviour recommendations etc.

JP1: I think that it is appropriate for some things to be in the public for all people to see. They need to know that we are held accountable. Other things should only be for admin eyes..the problem is to distinguish what should be public or private. Reply

Bekie: I would like to raise the issue of times when there is only one admin online all day but they do not do anything whilst on? Also sometimes there is only one active admin online, and when chat is busy there is desperate need for someone else, I know a few admins come on as guests, all I ask in that instance is that any 'undercover' admins come straight on and help out or if the active admin online simply types 'help' then if there are any others about they can come to the rescue. coys68: The other day there was a girl who was complaining to admin that she was being insulted, the problem was it was in french. i tried to copy whole sentence and put it in to a translater to see what was being said to her but it would only let me copy 1 word, maybe if you could copy whole sentance then you would be able to translate it to see what is being said rather than take someones word for it Reply

AdminGirl: Google made a translation function be paid and we are still looking for solution how to make the translation works. If somebody can provide good vocabularies it would be great.

so we can give out global warnings about things that happen in chat ?

coys68: I think that's a good idea but instaed of typing in a different colour maybe to background could be changed from the pink that normal shows when a message is sent to someone, that way adimins message will stand out especialy if there are alot of people talking to one person Reply
AdminGirl: There is no way to divide messages which admin sent because of the administration work or which he sent like personal messages. If we will make those messages highlighted then also personal messages will have a priority over the other and will attract too much attention the same as CapsLoock.
Means that we prohibited for all site members to use the CapsLoock and will enable it for admins. Reply
PeterAdmin: what about a button we can press with a pre made warning about contact info , and stuff like that ? Reply
AdminGirl: all the main words which people may use for sending contact information are added to the bad words filter. When somebody try to send them in chat they got the warning message that this is prohibited. Messages with the contact info which are in the chat are for 100% from people who already got warning messages and are going around the bad words filter. So, this is not necessary to send them any other warnings, this is necessary just to ban them. Reply

i think we admins are doing what we can do keep the chat a nice place
we are also people who can make mistakes
but i think that if admins are made afraid to lose their admin status
that it will result in admins becoming afraid to take action
i feel that some admins grow afraid to lose their status while they re ally are doing the best they can ,.
maybe this is something we should start a discussion about

Voyeur84: I agree. I just got my admin status back after changing a dark cam from female to male because everyone complained it was a man. I changed it back after rea lizing it was a mistake, but my admin status was revoked for a minor incident without warning. Reply
AdminGirl: Yes, sometimes this is better to ignore then ban somebody undeserved, because the wrong ban make site loosing members and get negative comments. And this is very negative for the whole system. If you do not know something or can not make decision by yourself so or ignore it or ask admins who work longer then you or put the question here in discussions. Reply
AdminGirl: Some site Admin change the female's gender to male. It was done for already 5 girls. It seems that this is done for those who are not visible in cam. This is not wise to think that if there is nobody in cam then this is not a female. And it seems that this admin didn't read discussions about the black screen.
I repeat once again – don’t touch people with a black screen, even if you hear a voice of other gender because:
1. This may be a partner who is just near.
2. This may be a TV
3. This may be the voice of someone for whom this member is looking right now in the chat.

Voyeur84: I was not aware of this rule change (and it resulted in my admin status being revoked). Is there any way we can have a warning system (3 strikes) or have a NEWS & RULES page (not a discussion forum) with all the rules and any current information listed by Site Admins only? If there are any rule changes or current information (like the site being under attack), chat admins would be directed there after login and must agree that we have read the latest info before we can enter the chat. That way we're all aware of the latest information without having to track everything down. Reply

Programmers completely removed the wrong sex ban button, but for some reason, some admins banned peoples for Another ban. That is why I took off admin status from Hornysuker, so that Hornysuker have another 100 hours to read the site rules and discussions. Reply
